Education, not individual care
My Endo Physio provides endometriosis, pelvic-health and movement education for adults aged 18 and over. Content is developed by Felicity de Blic, an Australian registered physiotherapist, registration [REGISTRATION NUMBER].
Our ebooks, masterclasses, videos, emails and social content do not replace advice from your own practitioner. Purchases and membership do not include individual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, exercise prescriptions or health monitoring. Any separate clinical care has its own arrangements.
Support messages and comments are for product enquiries, not personal symptom advice or emergencies. Please do not send medical records or detailed symptom histories.
Using the content safely
Check with a qualified practitioner who knows your circumstances before trying an unfamiliar activity, particularly during pregnancy, after childbirth or surgery, or with new symptoms or another relevant condition.
- Follow your treating team’s restrictions and each activity’s warnings.
- Start gently in a safe space and stay within a comfortable range.
- Stop for new, sharp or worsening pain, dizziness, unusual breathlessness, bleeding or other concerning symptoms. Seek advice before restarting if symptoms persist or recur.
We do not supervise participation or guarantee results. Do not change prescribed treatment or delay medical care because of our content.
When to seek help
Call 000 in Australia, or your local emergency number, in an emergency. Seek emergency assessment for sudden severe pelvic or abdominal pain, especially with faintness; heavy bleeding with weakness; severe breathing difficulty; or new bladder/bowel problems with genital-area numbness or leg weakness.
Seek urgent medical advice for pelvic pain or bleeding when pregnancy is possible. Fever with pelvic pain, worsening symptoms after surgery, blood in urine or stool, black stools, persistent bowel changes or unexplained weight loss also need prompt medical advice. Severe or rapidly worsening symptoms need urgent or emergency assessment.
These are examples, not a complete list. Do not assume new symptoms are endometriosis or wait for our reply.
Sensitive topics
Content may discuss pelvic anatomy, bladder/bowel function, sex and intimacy. Pause, skip or stop anything distressing and seek support from your practitioner if needed. Our content is not mental health treatment.
